We make it as easy as possible to send us your material. Free pickups all across the United States — we even supply the packaging. Follow the simple guidelines below to get started.
For larger quantities or if you prefer not to ship, we will arrange a free pickup directly from your facility anywhere in the United States. Simply contact us with your location and the type and approximate quantity of material you have, and we will schedule a convenient pickup time.
We can provide gaylord boxes, drums, super sacks, or any other containers you need to consolidate your material before pickup — all at no charge to you.
If you prefer to ship your material, follow these simple packing instructions to ensure your shipment arrives safely and securely.
Place your material into heavy-duty zip-lock bags or sealed poly bags. Keep different material types separated where possible (e.g., carbide inserts separate from carbide dust). This helps us process your material faster and ensures accurate grading and payment.
Place the bagged material into a sturdy cardboard box. Use packing material such as bubble wrap, foam, or packing peanuts to fill any empty space and prevent shifting during transit.
Seal your box thoroughly with heavy-duty packing tape. Apply tape to all seams, edges, and corners. Write your name, phone number, and material type on the outside of the box, or include a packing slip inside.
Once your material is confirmed shipped and tracking information is provided, we release 50% of the agreed payment immediately. No waiting, no delays.
The remaining 50% is paid promptly once your material arrives at our facility and is verified. The entire process is straightforward and transparent.
We believe in making business easy. No complicated contracts, no surprise deductions, no runaround. Just fair prices and fast payment every time.
If you need packaging materials, just ask. We can supply:
Place carbide inserts, end mills, and solid carbide pieces into zip-lock bags. Tape the bags securely. Box it up with no more than 60 pounds per box. Carbide dust and sludge should be double-bagged in heavy-duty poly bags and sealed tightly before boxing.

Wrap circuit boards and components in anti-static bags or bubble wrap. Place in sturdy boxes with packing material to prevent damage. Hard drives should be individually wrapped. Keep boxes under 60 pounds.
Place small pieces and powders in sealed zip-lock bags. Wrap larger pieces in bubble wrap or foam. Use a sturdy box with adequate packing material. For high-value shipments, we recommend insured shipping and can advise on the best carrier options.
